Overall I see a significant shift in my approach towards trading after trading psychology sessions. I have been struggling to focus on the trading process, & developed the wrong habits of going after P & L. The biggest improvement I would say is that you've made me realize that I can be aware of emotions while I'm trading. Now I've been aware and the manager of these emotions and it's significant improvement from where I was before both as a trader and in my P&L
