5. That the registered affiliates hereby resolve to abide by ethical ways to grow business and hereby otherwise found to deploy any unethical practice, then the concerned person will no longer be eligible for our affiliate marketing program but you’ll be able to access the courses.
6. That the registered affiliates will present the Novel Asset’s business plan to other prospective customers accurately and clearly portraying the level of effort required and the risk involved for achieving success.
7. That the registered affiliates shall not use misleading, false, deceptive, and/or unfair recruiting practices, including misrepresentation of actual or potential sales or earnings and advantages of the business to any prospective customers.
8. That the registered affiliates shall not make any sort of negative or disparaging remarks about the Organization, its products, courses, other affiliates or employees, or other concerned people.
9. That the registered affiliates shall not use The Novel Asset’s trademark, name(s), confidential information, literature, advertising material and shall not indulge in gathering of people or other resources including Intellectual Property to introduce and promote interests of any other entity than The Novel Asset.
11. That the registered affiliates shall not resort to any fraudulent act/promises while in promoting the Organization’s business or shall not promote or make promises to be fulfilled at the expense of the Company and fellow affiliates.
13. That the affiliates shall not use misleading, deceptive, and/or unfair trade practices.
14. That the affiliates shall take appropriate steps to ensure the protection of private and confidential information provided to me by the consumers.
Communications
By agreeing to use our Services, you agree to subscribe to our Notices, newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that the organization may send. However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at [email protected]
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide the Organization with accurate and complete billing information that may include, but is not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.
By submitting such payment information, you are automatically authorizing The Novel Asset to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
In any case, if the automatic billing fails to occur for any reason, the Organization reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.
Fee Changes
The Novel Asset shall retain its sole discretion and at any time, may modify or change its Subscription fees for all the products, services and subscriptions.
Any changes in the prices of the Subscription fee change will become effective as on the date prescribed in the Organization’s Newsletters or Notice. - If any person being an affiliate forfeits or disables his/her ID from The Novel Asset, you will not receive any passive or regulatory income from the affiliates referred from that ID in the company, and any changes in your referrals account will not lead to any type income benefits to you, and henceforth your registered ID shall no longer be in use and will not operate for any kind of activities and any other privileges or access granted to our services shall be revoked

5) Payment of affiliate commissions will be made on a bi-weekly basis. If your account is terminated due to violation of these Affiliate Terms, The Novel Asset reserves all the rights to withhold all future payments owed to You.
6) If in any case, it is found that the payment of affiliate commissions to You in any jurisdiction is illegal under any laws, then The Novel Asset reserves the right to not pay affiliate commissions for any sales made in that jurisdiction.
7) The Novel Asset shall have all the rights to withhold your final payment for a maximum of 6 months to ensure that all the accounting and calculations have been done upto the mark and only the correct amount which is owed is being paid to Your registered Bank Account.
8) The Novel Asset reserves all the rights to update these Terms and Conditions to update our practices or to reflect new or different practices. 2) You cannot and shall not sell your registered affiliate account or any product or services purchased from The Novel Asset to any third party.
3) You shall not display any fake/misleading earnings/income proof by editing your own dashboard. You shall not use someone else’s dashboard and manipulate any person by showing it in your name and as your own income proof, and also you shall refrain from sharing misleading information with any prospective buyer, or lead.
4) You shall not talk or persuade any existing affiliate acting as a lead/prospective buyer to know their process of conversion or promoting the courses.
5) You shall not abuse or use any disrespectful words while communicating with education partners, service partners and staff of The Novel Asset.
6) You shall not at any time provide any kind of manipulation/misinterpretation of facts or information related to The Novel Asset.
7) You shall not promote any other Affiliate program/MLM to the fellow Affiliates/Customers of The Novel Asset.
The Novel Asset shall not be responsible, or will entertain or will try to resolve any types of personal disputes (like exchange of money, conflicts on any matter whatsoever, etc.) of leads, affiliates with each other or that of affiliates with their leads.
NOTE :
In case of any violation of the mentioned Terms and Conditions or any guidelines provided above, the rights to affiliate the The Novel Asset courses or any other services shall be temporarily suspended or permanently revoked. After suspension or termination, the Affiliate shall not be able to access any courses purchased and shall not be able to promote the courses and earn commission on their sales.

Regulating Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.
Alters To Service
The Novel Asset reserves the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.

Contradiction
