You can opt for a 50% fee refund that will only be given if a refund request is received through email at [email protected] activation of the purchased course or within 24 hours of purchase, whichever is earlier.

*No refund request will be accepted without the above mentioned details.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s and other policies.
If you upgraded your package on the Novel Asset, then No Refund shall be provided to any customer under any circumstance.
All the refunds shall be authorized at the company’s discretion and shall be provided after deducting all the necessary transaction charges and taxes. (i.e. 3% gateway charges and 5% processing fee)
